At Ravolvo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

📦 Shipping Policy

  • We process and ship orders within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Delivery times vary depending on the destination country. Standard shipping typically takes 7–15 business days, but may take longer due to customs, carrier delays, or peak seasons.

  • Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. Ravolvo is not liable for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

🔄 Return Policy

Return Period

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.

  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items that are returned worn, damaged, or without original packaging will not be accepted.

⚠️ Please note:

  • Customers are fully responsible for all return shipping costs, including any international return fees.

  • It is not permitted to order multiple sizes with the intention of returning the ones that don’t fit. Such returns will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

  1. Go to our Contact Page and fill out the return request form.

  2. Include:

    • Your full name

    • Order number

    • The item(s) you wish to return

    • Reason for return

  3. Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours with detailed return instructions.

  4. Once your return is approved, ship your item within the 14-day period.

Keep your proof of shipment — we may request it before processing your refund.

⚠️ Important: Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective or damaged.

  • You received the wrong item.

This allows us to evaluate the issue and resolve it quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants).

  • Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items).

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products).

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

  • Sale items or gift cards.

🔁 Exchanges

The fastest way to get the right item is to return the one you have, and once the return is accepted, place a new order.

💳 Refund Policy

  • Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if your refund was approved.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
